Delete Your EnduCloud Account

EnduCloud (com.enducloud.app) lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. Delete from within the app

1. Open EnduCloud and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete your account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and the personal data linked to it.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@enducloud.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account credentials
• Training plans, scheduled and recorded activities
• Health and fitness metrics (heart rate, HRV, sleep, readiness)
• Coach-chat history, notes, and feedback you created

What may be retained

We may keep limited records that are required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. Deleted data is purged from active systems immediately and from backups on our normal rotation (within 90 days).
