Security
Last updated: July 2026
Early pilot: EnduCloud is an early-access pilot. We apply reasonable
measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
How we protect your data
- Encryption in transit: all traffic to and from EnduCloud is served over HTTPS/TLS.
- Authentication: accounts are secured through Firebase Authentication. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for eligible accounts.
- Infrastructure: EnduCloud runs on Google Cloud Platform, relying on its managed security and data-centre controls.
- Access control: access to production data is limited to authorised personnel for operating and supporting the service.
Your part
- Use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
- Enable two-factor authentication where offered.
- Sign out on shared devices, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email
security@enducloud.com with the details.
We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue
before any public disclosure. We appreciate responsible reporting.
Data & deletion
How we collect and use your data is described in our
Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion at any
time — see the Privacy Policy or contact privacy@enducloud.com.
