How we protect your data

• Encryption in transit: all traffic to and from EnduCloud is served over HTTPS/TLS.
• Authentication: accounts are secured through Firebase Authentication. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for eligible accounts.
• Infrastructure: EnduCloud runs on Google Cloud Platform, relying on its managed security and data-centre controls.
• Access control: access to production data is limited to authorised personnel for operating and supporting the service.

Your part

• Use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered.
• Sign out on shared devices, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, please email security@enducloud.com with the details. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before any public disclosure. We appreciate responsible reporting.
