End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

By clicking "Accept & Continue", creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the EnduCloud platform, you confirm that:
Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp in our systems. Version 1.1 of these Terms applies to accounts created or acceptances recorded on or after July 10, 2026; version 1.0 applied from March 12, 2026.
EnduCloud is a sports performance analytics platform that provides:
The service is currently in an early pilot phase. Features, metrics, and recommendations are under active development and may change, be removed, or be inaccurate at any time.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EnduCloud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the EnduCloud application for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
EnduCloud is currently offered free of charge during the pilot period. This is not a commercial subscription. As a result:
EnduCloud intends to move to a freemium model after the pilot โ a free tier plus a paid subscription (Premium) for the full feature set. We will give clear advance notice before any charge applies, and we will never charge you automatically: moving to a paid plan will always require an explicit action by you.
When Premium is introduced, the free tier is intended to remain genuinely useful โ your dashboard, training-load metrics, readiness, history, device sync, and the workout and plan library are expected to remain free. Premium is intended to add the compute-intensive features (AI plan generation and adaptation, the AI morning briefing, unlimited Coach Endy) and unlimited Live Guided Workouts.
As a thank-you to our early users:
Pricing, plan names, and features are not final and may change before launch. These benefits are personal to your account and are not transferable.
All metrics, scores, and indicators provided by EnduCloud โ including but not limited to Training Stress Scores (STRSS), Acute:Chronic Workload Ratios, readiness scores, heart-rate zones, power zones, and pace zones โ are informational estimates only. They are computed algorithmically from data you provide and may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your individual circumstances.
Before starting, modifying, or significantly increasing any exercise programme, you should consult a qualified physician, physiotherapist, or licensed sports coach. EnduCloud does not replace professional medical or athletic guidance.

By creating an account or using EnduCloud, you declare that you are in good health and that, to the best of your knowledge, there is no medical condition, symptom, or instruction from a physician that prevents you from taking part in endurance training at any intensity, including high-intensity exercise. If you have a known cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, or other relevant medical condition, you must obtain clearance from a qualified physician before using the service. If your health status changes, or you have any doubt about your fitness to train, you must stop training and consult a physician before continuing to use EnduCloud.
